In 2009, Geddes Architects were commissioned by Mira Engineering, to prepare a masterplan for their 380 h/a vehicle test and research campus, in Nuneaton, UK.

In 2011 outline planning consent was granted for 180000 m2 development comprising offices, workshops, test facilities, a hotel and supporting ancillary retail and leisure facilities. All located within a substantially rural setting, the essence of the masterplan was to provide world class technology park within a beautiful rural setting.

Over the past 10 years, with the help of Geddes Architects, 8 buildings, totalling in excess of £70m, have been completed and occupied on the technology park, including the MIRA Technology Institute which welcomed its first students in 2018.
