This project works with the existing marina to create a revitalised residential and commercial destination to encourage public integration and reinforce the commercial and social strength of the existing marina.

The hotel occupies a new floating landscaped ‘island’ within the marina. Intended to be an attraction in itself, it takes a more organic form, mirroring the yachts and boats that currently occupy the space.

The new residential building is a gateway to the site, and will announce the development from the approach. All aspects of our plan have been designed to refresh the marina, whilst continuing to reflect and maintain the existing architectural vocabulary.
